  Good people, bad service process.
  Store forgot online catering order in office, staff was not aware of order, order was thankfully made (thank you for helping!), and this caused a 1.5 hour delay which will punch a while in anyone’s schedule. Deli Manager said I was lucky to have my order done... which is why I am sharing this review: service here should not be based on my luck in regards to online planned ordering.
